OK, I can either make the driver avialble separately or try to include it in the latest build. What's the best way to do this?

Cool ! Past night I was in trouble using Win 10 and no Ekos ..( The package Ekos for win is not so complete, And I refuse to use Maxim DL .. or other $$$$$ proprietary soft for citizen science working!
I tried Kstar + Ekos + Xterm on Ubuntu embedded for Win 10, also the INDI drives didn't work.

Ubuntu on Win10 is very limited. In this case, you have two options. Either get Raspberry PI 3 and install Ubuntu+INDI or it. Or if you prefer a ready-package, then you can also get StellarMate . Or you can even dual-boot with Ubuntu as well on your PC. Many options.

Yes I know that, I make dual boot every time I want to work with Kstars, but that pc is also for my working stuffs and I have to use Win, and making dual boot sometimes is very annoying.... :( .
I am really think seriously get StellarMate for my next move on Ekos imaging working.
Thank you!

I would be very interested to know if it works on a Pi 3, as a Pi model B can't handle the USB data rate with a WiFi dongle plugged in.

I'd build you a package, but unfortunately, i don't know the procedure to do so.
Could we add package building to the makefiles, or some instructions in the developer manual?

With some revised testing (and the correct udev files) I've found stability on early mode raspberry pi systems to be better than I previosuly thought.
I would now advise usage with libftdi1 on any linux-based system. LibD2XX may still be needed for stability on macos.

Dear knro,
I have a concern to get the nightly ppa, as my setup is working nice,
so if I get the it, do I have to do again wizard steps? Or Can I save the "old setup" for keeping all same configurations?

Hi folks,

Last night I did my first tests using NS 8300:
CCD recognized
ekos drive operational, ..

but downloaded images came with problems, please see attached the Print Screen.

I tried Raw and Compress mode, as well changing pooling values.

Related to images LUT : histogram and auto-stretch changes didn't work out.
