[SOLVED] New problem on my Nikon Camera

Hello,
I am now using a new version kstars on my tinyastro, which is written by max using the svn code. However,it took a very LONG time for the image to send back, about three minutes,in either local upload mode and client upload mode.I have found that after the exposure,it always stuck in the same line, which is shown as the bottom line in the picture. It has to take about 3 minutes to start the next exposure, which can be a huge waste of time.I have tried the version before the upload fix and the FOV fix,and it only took about 40 seconds. Is there a problem here?I have never set a delay there.
Thanks,
Jerome

Do you get this issue on other distros? I can download within a few seconds here, but I have Canon 550D.

Hello knro,
My problem continues on my D5100,after updating everything to the latest version. However, max can successfully control his D5100,I mean, with only several seconds of delay to get the image. In my case,it would.take about 4minutes.Still,everything is all right if i use an early version, the one before the FOV bug fix.
Since it definetely affect the plate solve function,I would appreciate any help/guess from you guys.
Thanks in advance.

Are you getting this from running Ekos or manually running INDI server?

The picture I posted a month ago was taken when I was running the indi server manually. Now after the update,I have only tested my camera in EKOS.

Have you tried testing this on a regular PC/Laptop with latest Ekos? Can you try using DigiKam from Tinyastro and try capturing an image from the program, does it take as long?

I have 2 MK908 and they all showed the same problem.By digiKam,do you mean a software called CCD?If so,then I have tested it.It took only several seconds to read out a frame.

Under image settings in INDI control panel, is the image sent as compressed or RAW? Can you please check?
