In Ekos, just under the 'Start Indi" button is a "Connect" button. After clicking Start Indi, minimize the Indi control panel and click the Connect button and everything will connect at once....
I am having this issue but the solution only works on a local server.
If I try the same on my PI with a remote connection the connect button does not become available
after minimizing the INDI window. I do get disconnect button after connecting all devices manually.
I am using xubuntu 16.04 on the local machine.
Are any of your remote drivers in a 'connected' state when the connect button is unavailable?
I've noticed this on my setup. I have indi-server running remote. If another client connects and changes one driver to 'connected' then the ekos connect-all button is not available, Its only available when everything is in a not connected state.
I my case all the drivers are UNCONNECTED and I only have one Ekos client running and it's the first to connect to the server.
PS: I have tracked the issued down to the ATIK_CCD driver, if I remove it from the profile (leaving only the EQMOD, ZWO, JOYSTICK and MOONLITE) , it works, the CONNECT button becomes available and can be used. That's odd since it happens with the camera connected (power + usb), I can start the camera manually if added to the profile.
It looks like it has something to do with the device name:
2016-05-17T18:54:37 Unable to establish remote device: + ATIK CCD Please ensure remote device name corresponds to actual device name.
In current version of kstars-bleeding I can't see no option to change the driver name.
