Astrometry.cfg was created by anofeles

Good night.
I have kstars installed in OSX 10.12.6
I read that the kstars installation already has astrometry and there is no need to install it. In online mode it has always worked well for me, but it has never done it offline, despite having all the necessary indexes. He always gave me the error of "solver failed" immediately. As I didn't know what it could be, I went to the astrometry menu options and pressed the "restore defaults"button.
And that was my mistake. Now, when I launch kstars I always get the following message:
"Astrometry configuration file corrupted or missing: /usr/local/etc/astrometry. cfg
Please set the configuration file full path in INDI options."
and this one:
"Failed to find astrometry. net binaries. Please ensure astrometry. net is installed and try again."
I uninstalled kstars and reinstalled it, but I get the same error.
Can someone help me?
Thank you in advance...
Pd. The Alignment module options and its options are all grayed out and I can't change anything...

First, if you are using the KStars as it is installed from the dmg, then you should be using the internal configuration files because you never installed Astrometry.net to /usr/local/etc/Astrometry.cfg so there is probably nothing there at all. So it is correct to say that it is missing. I would recommend clicking the checkboxes to use the internal server. Please see the screenshot.

Second, if you want to try to use the offline solver, it will take a little bit of work. Please read the instructions pdf that were included in the dmg. There are several steps involved. I would like for it to get easier, but astrometry.net is quite complex and it requires some dependencies. Packaging them all up into the app bundle has proved to be difficult. I attempted to put a series of buttons into the setup wizard to get everything installed, but they are still experimental and don't work perfectly yet. Please follow the steps in the instructions and let me know how it goes

In case it helps...
This is my "indi control panel" configuration, on the astrometry tab.
It also says it can't find the "astrometry_config. xml" file.
Would you be so kind as to put a screenshot of yours or an attachment so that I can create mine?
Thank you in advance.

In the latest DMG, Jasem fixed the issue where the Astrometry Options got disabled, so now you should be able to go back to the internal indi server.

In the screenshot, you are showing the astrometry options for the INDI Control Panel. This is for the remote astrometry solver and not the internal one.

I had to instal astrometry.net via homebrew in order to get it working on my MacBook. HTH.
