Yesterday night I noticed a strange behaviour of the KStars FITS viewer. It displays an image and I want to store it on disk so I click Save and give a file name. When I look in the directory the file is there but the file size is too small. My SBIG cam writes fits with 765.0 KB but what I see is 762.2 KB! When I close the fits viewer window the file is updated to the correct size. A different fits viewer can open such a file but my local astrometry.net crashes when trying to solve such an image

I had KStars logging to file switched on but newer versions do not give a hint where the log is stored. Please give advice and perhaps restore the old dialog where there was a field pointing to the log.
