A friend of mine is using ekos on SBC arm device.
He switches his system from an AZ-EQ6 mount which is in his fixed setup to an AZ-EQ5 which is his nomad setup.
When going from AZ-EQ6 to AZ-EQ5 he experiment a weird behaviour of the AZ-EQ5.
First when starting Ejos and connecting the mount, this one point to a target under horizon.
Has nothing looks to work he then point on the map the telescope toward the north pole.
After doing that it moves by hand the mount to the pole.
Then he make an Ekos polar alignment without any problem.
Clean all sync.
And moves the scope to a target on the map. This doesn't work, the mount moves and point far away from the expected target.
And finally, none of the astrometry works to precise the location where the scope point.
This behavior is not systematic but occurs quite often when switching from AZ_EQ6 to AZ-EQ5.
Might it be some informations relatives to the mount that are recorded in the driver configuration that can produce such behavior ?
