indiWebmanager: restart one driver only

indiWebmanager: restart one driver only was created by Teseo

In some cases i have necessity to stop my canon camera ( for cleaning sensor from dusty ).
I use indiwebmanager in remote to rpi3, is possible stop and start only indi_canon_ccd driver?

You can restart a single driver, not sure what would happen if you disconnect the camera while the driver is running.
