Bruce,
yes, I need to upload the packages to Sourceforge.
But they are already available in the Skychart unstable repository. I just update the doc page to indicate that:

Patrick, excellent work! Thanks for sharing it!
I am presently testing it on my RPI2 and it seems to work just great!
One thing I noticed, when I installed the deb package from your repo, Skychart performed poorly on the RPI2, I then recompiled it from source and it is now way much faster.
But again, it looks extremely promising.
One question: is it possible to automatically send the "dither" command between two frames or is it only a manual operation that can be done by pressing its button?

Thank you one again and keep up the great work!

Thank you for the information. I will try the package on my RPI2.

It is planned I add a "dither" option to the Capture box and also to the Edit Plan.
This program is far than finished but I lack free time to make significant advance. But I hope for a new version before the end of the year.

Hi,

when trying to debayer an image I get an exception saying "Unable to convert image to 24 bit". I have images coming from a QHY8L ccd.
Also, loading FITS or displaying downloaded images takes a long time, usually around 20 seconds, is it normal?
I'm using CCDciel on a RPi3.

Thank you.

20 second download is normal for a un binned image. No clue on the debayer error. I use EKOS only to capture the image, not debayer. The software would have to know what the bayer pattern is to be able to debayer it. .... Bruce Morrell
