I us astroberry. With Kstars and a laptop it works fine.

Now I wanted to connect my smartphone via Skysafari pro 6. It doesn't work. I got an error: Skysafari can make a wireless connection to the scope, but the scope is not responding. make sure the scope is powered on and connected correctly. Also make sure you selected the correct scope type.

I selected meade lx200 GPS(ACF, lx600. My scope is teenastro.

In the same time kstars works fine.

What is the problem? Has anyone ideas?

SkySafari 6 Pro requires that you include SkySafari as an Aux device in the Ekos profile. In SkySafari you should select Meade LX Classic and assuming you’re in hotspot mode, the IP address 10.42.0.1 and the Port number 9624.

The latest version SkySafari 7 Pro (half price at the moment) has new Ekos/Indi features, and when you set up with the Ekos it will automatically connects to the Indiserver in Astroberry.
