with my vetec571M the maximum blacklevel is 31, with my vetec571C 256 is possible (my standard) in the INDI Control panel using the Toupcam driver. With the Omegonpro driver both cameras work with 256. It is still not possible to use the offset setting in the EKOS panel.

I measured the parameters for my ATR3CMOS09000KPA camera, with an imx533 sensor.
It may be useful to others, although it needs to be done for each camera.
1. lownoiceHCG
2. lownoiseLCG
3. normalHCG
4. normalLCG

more than half a year later, the offset bug in EKOS is still not fixed. I can set the offset using the INDI panel (disconnect, reconnect, set offset) but it is an annoyance and the value does not get written into the fits header.

I have absolutely no issues setting offset from Ekos. It's set correctly in the driver like other cameras. This is Astroshop Omegon but it's using the base Touptek driver.

SORRY Jasem, my fault! just found the error, I had an old version of the toupbase driver in /usr/local/bin and this one got executed. I believe I did this at some point to avoid another error in the official release. Now I make use of the latest driver in /usr/bin and everything is fine.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi
Has anyone had chance to test the latest SDK with 3.6.9? Is all well?

Hi,
I am new on the forum and just a little experience with ekos/indi, running under ubuntu 22.04. I've just purchase the risingcam ATR3CMOS09000KPA.
Everything seems to work fine, but I'm not sure about which parameters to set for this cam.

Do you know if a manual explaining all the available parameters is available ?
If I look to: www.indilib.org/individuals/devices/came...toupcam-cameras.html , the doc is old and doesn't correspond to what I see on my screen (I'm using the last driver release).

If not can you tell/explain me parameters inside the control panel ?

Thank you for your time and your incredible job.

Basically the same here - *except* I always use Low Noise Mode ON. I have never seen a reason to not use it.
I also run my heater at 4, because I had problems with frost forming on the sensor window. Mine is an early Risingcam, and I believe they may have improved the heater in newer versions.

I do fine at offset 300, but there's no harm in a bit higher, either.

Teleskop Express have posted a video on YouTube that might help explain some of the settings. Although they don't use INDI they still mention the equivalent settings from the native driver
