Hello,
I bought a new Touptek 2600c (ATR3CMOS26000KPA) before. However, this does not work with the latest driver.

I have updated the driver as described in the link below, but unfortunately no success.
Toupcam Camers

Stars is also up to date with version 3.6.2.

The camera itself works because it works under Windows with the software from Touptek.
Maybe someone can help me here or someone already has the same problem.

In Kstars I only get the message that the camera is not connected, but with lsusb i see that there is the camera connected.

A friend also bought the camera, but it was 2 months ago and it works perfectly. I suspect that my camera has a newer firmware on it and there is no connection.

Compile the new driver, or wait for the 2.0.0 release at the end of this month
see indilib.org/forum/ccds-dslrs/12806-toupt...-update.html?start=0

On the third page I provide a one-click compile script, feel free to replace it with the latest indi github pull files

Check if you are using USB 3.0 cable and ensure 3A power supply. I feel that the driver connection is very fast regardless of old or new versions.

Hi Lanco,

thanks for your feedback.
I have downloaded your package and run the two scripts and then i started Kstars and connected to the local server.
But still the same problem, the camera is still not available.

Cable and Powersupply are connected, checked several USB 3.0 cable.

Do you know how to activate logfiles? A logfile would help to analyse the problem.

Hi Max,

i have activated the log file, settings you can see in the picture and the profile where i only activated the Toupcam-Driver.
Also i added a screenshot of the lsusb, where you can see that the USB3.0 Camera is connected.
In the actual setting only the camera is connected, nothing else.
Below the data from the log file.

@Dirk: Yes, camera is connected to 12V :P Under windows it is working, so Supply and USB should be OK

@max: the problem is that i cannot go to the tab in ekos, because it always says that is not connected and the the tab for the camera will not be shown.

Thanks for your supports!

I think your cam is the same (pid=13da) as in this

indilib.org/forum/ccds-dslrs/12856-risin...k-images-solved.html

thread. I am a little confused because of the many versions of the SDKs for different Touptek brands.

The original Touptek library seems not to be able to detect a cam with PID=13da. I think we have to find the correct libary for you cam. Has anybody more information about the Touptek cam with PID=13da?

Thanks for your reply max.
What should i do now?
Does this would be fixed with the new SDK?
Or has this to be fixed by Touptek?

If it's the SDK libs then they got posted to RisingCam's AliExpress store

Direct link

Not sure whether linking this updated SDK lib (53.21907.20221218) in /usr/lib64 (assuming you're running Linux) will help, but has to be worth a shot

@Max
@Damian
Thanks for your replais. I have now Downloadded the version from RisingCam's. Copied the files from the SDK into the folder, but then i got the error that the driver is not working.
I installed the software for linux "RisingView" there the camera is working.
I have looked into the software and here was located the libary "libtoupcam.so", I replaced it in /usr/lib/x86_X64-linux-gnu/libtoupcam.so and now it is working.

The SDK Version is here 53.21907.20221218, would be great. When this is the Version which be used in KStars Version 3.6.3.

Thanks for your help
