I do not find the stacking option for V4L2 CCD as described in indilib.org/devices/ccds/web-cameras.html
.
I am using a Philips ToUCam (without long exposure mod).
I am missing this "linearization" or anything related to stacking in the "Capture Options" tab of the INDI Control Panel nor on the "CCD & Filter Wheel" tab of Ekos.
This is my first post here, so something about me: I started with astronomy roughly two years ago and also did some astrophotography with an Olympus E-PL 6 attached to a Skywatcher Heritage 130/650 and a Bresser Mak 127/1900. Using an NEQ3 Mount, exposure is roughly limited to 30s, due to wormgear errors. Therefore I upgraded to Synscan and try to get INDI running on a RasPi 3 because I hope guiding would solve some of my issues.
The stacking code is protected by "#ifdef WITH_V4L2_EXPERIMENTS", which is nowhere defined. It was introduced Mar 7, 2015 by geehalel. Any reason why? Stability issues?
This would have been interesting for Webcams that do not support longer exposure times.
