There is an option in the INDI control panel of a camera which is "Dark", and also "Flat", "Bias"
So what is the meaning of these options?
I assume that this will drive the mechanical shutter to close to capture "Dark".
While some cameras do not have a mechanical shutter to do "Dark".
But the option is still available.
When the "Dark" is set, the camera will work strangely.
As I understand it, it primarily means the subs will be saved in a subfolder called "Dark". Nothing else. How does your camera behave, then, using the Dark setting?
After your posting, i recognized, that i have a problem here too. I used the "dark" feature 2 times now, and always had a problem. MThe countdown ran to 0 and nothing happenend. I did not have the idea, that that has something to do with the dark feature. I´ll have a try on that next time i think.
