Hello, I am quite new in all the areas I am playing with (Tinkerboard, Indi, astrophotography, ...), but I have a strong computer background, being retired after 40+ years as a computer engineer...

So, I am trying to connect a Raspberry Camera V2.1 on my Tinkerboard. I am using Armbian OS but when trying to start the indi server, this is what I got:

$ indiserver -m 100 -vvv indi_v4l2_ccd

Hello Dominique and welcome to INDI forums!

IIRC, the Raspberry Camera always had issues working correctly with the V4L2 driver. Check this issue from 2017: github.com/indilib/indi/issues/281

What do you get when you connect to it via KStars or any INDI client?

Thanks for replying so quickly,

From the simple Indi client, it just says :
08:46:02.580: CONNECTION CONNECT=ON
08:46:02.981: [ERROR] Error: unable to open device. /dev/video0 is no video capture device
08:46:03.181: Server connected

When I test the camera with Gstreamer this is what I get:

gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video0 ! video/x-raw,format=NV12,width=640,height=480 ! autovideosink
Définition du pipeline à PAUSED...

Is there any other Indi driver for that camera ?
