Here are the issues I am having.

1 - constant 99% CPU usage when idle
2 - spinning cursor when trying to stop EKOS after Disconnect devices. I can only Forcequit or just Quit KStars is best option
3 - inconsistent control of Nikon D7500 - sometimes it will take a picture, often it won't and I end up with an unable to Save error. I have success if I power down everything ( except the Mac)
4 - after force-quitting and trying to restart I often get this when the camera is turned on
2019-11-13T18:00:43: [ERROR] Can not open camera: Power OK? If camera is auto-mounted as external disk storage, please unmount it and disable auto-mount.
2019-11-13T18:00:43: [ERROR] Camera_get_config failed (-53): Could not claim the USB device
5 - often times will not connect to INDI server on 192.168.0.65 after starting KStars - quit and try again and it is often successful
6 - won't find the camera and will then crash when quitting KStars
7 - can't always copy the messages - nothing copied will paste

I just shut everything down and got everything working, took several pictures thru the Nikon, changed from 1 second exposure to .100 exposure and then capture failed.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated as I am my wits end trying to get this to work.

The app crashing, copy and pasting, 99% CPU, force-quit issues have not much to do with the camera as it did this before I even configured it to recognize the camera.

My camera has no issues but it seems the software has issues with it.

Thanks

Right, I don't mean the camera itself, but the driver communicating with it could be one cause if these issues. It could also be a number of issues, so it is best to contact support.
