Our team is developing a software which should automatically detect the indi drivers for connected devices for example it may be indi_atik_ccd or indi_v4l2_ccd etc. So what is the best practice of automatically detecting of indi drivers?

There is no easy way to do this except perhaps by checking the VID:PID against some sort of database that you create.
