I had a similar problem recently when compiling from the head of git. It turns out that the recent source code requires Indi 1.9.1 to build in Indi-related components. In order to get things to work, I needed to install at least Indi 1.9.1 and re-run cmake before building.m So, is it possible the nightly is being built with the older Indi?
