Plate solving exposure time - higher then 60sec

Hello, I'm living under a bortle-8 sky. I'm looking to find a way to set an higher exposure time than 60 sec for the plate solving "Capture and Solve"

With the light pollution plate solving is often not working. However, if I use a picture of 3 min exposure the plate solving from "load and slew" it is working fine.

So I wonder if I can use higher exposure time in the plate solving directly if it will work better.

Thanks

It would be easy for us to change the upper limit, but what would a 30 second exposure for example look like? can you post a link to a 15 or 30 secs exposure?

Hello Jasem,

I don't have specific picture with me. The issue happen more often when the moon is bigger in the sky.

I also have more issue with my 8se  (bigger focal length)

I'll try to take a 30sec picture next clear sky... However,  they are quite rare :(
