So i just have one more question:

When using the Rotation Tab in Scheduler, is it Necessary to have the Rotator checkbox enabled in align module? I don't want to rotate after a flip. This only increases the amount of Flats ...

But in my case the rotation has to be applied before the Guiding Process starts. because my OAG will be also rotated ...

Thanks for you help!

It's only used for Load & Slew in Align module.

Hmm, so what does this mean?
My goal is to schedule a job with this:
Target A with Rotation @ 0
Target B with Rotation @ 90

Rotation should be applied when slewing to target and before guiding process starts.I had the "Rotator" checkbox enabled last night (setting was 30.00)
This works in general, but with this i was not able to make reliable flats after the night, because i guess that the align module will sync the rotatiors position to its resolved value?

Currently i have tested with the simulators to use a rotation without having the align checkbox enabled. But in this case no rotation is applied :(

Sorry for my missunderstanding and thanks for your help

CRTOA1 is not the rotator position, this is the position angle as determined from astrometry. In align module, the rotation checkbox is ONLY used for Load&Slew and nothing else. To rotate it during capture process, this is set in the Capture module --> Rotator control.

Ah i see!

So the alignment Module will rotate relative to the current rotation angel!

So with the correct fit's header, i should be able to create the corresponding flats!

Thanks
