We're trying to eliminate stellarsolver from a session and use ASTAP exclusively.
Question: do these settings use both the star extractor and the alignment from ASTAP only? Or is stellarsolver still involved at some stage?

It's not clear from the log (both say simply 'Sextract').which is being used. Specifically, will the internal guider now use ASTAP's star extractor when identifying stars in the guide frames?

Just a simple yes/no would be fine.

Is it possible to use a star extractor other than the sextract from StellarSolver to extract stars from the guide camera frames?
