How does one go back to the same Mosaic FOV on a different night with different filters?

If you set up a sequence and save it, import that sequence into the Schedule planner, set the mosaic all up and save it on night 1 how do you get back to this region with plate solving on night 2 with a different filter set? Only thing I can think of is to originally set up the sequence with all filters and shoot a lesser total number of each than required... Due to constraints from my observatory I can only shoot up to ~ 70 degrees, And like THEY say the more data the better.

You mean you originally created a sequence file for a particular set of filters, and now later you want to change the filters?

You could edit the sequence file to change the filter requirement. I sometimes edit them to add more exposures which is quick and easy.
