CCD simulator - is 135mm 6000x4000 possible?

Hello,
I set up a simulator profile mimicking my 135mm wide field setup.
135mm and 6000x4000 frame.
It kind of works but not quite.
I hardly get any stars. There are stars but they are very faint (almost invisible) even with a long exposure.
Online solver works on them but none of the internal solvers work (not enough stars) unless it's something really bright like Pleiades.
Guider works (smaller frame size) but not always - not enough stars.

Are there any settings in INDI Control Panel I can adjust to increase the simulated star intensity?
I am using gain 80. Tried 100 - no difference.

Off topic: Lunar eclipse is starting but I am completely clouded up : (

Thanks!
