HA could be negatif ? was created by Picard

Hi,
in the EQMod Mount the value og HA could be negatif.

I believed that HA been never negatif and clockwise between 0 to 24h.

I 'm wrong ?

It's matter of representation, there is no right or wrong. KStars uses -12 to +12 mostly.
