Is Kstars still around for Ubuntu Mate 15.10? I don't see it on PPA anymore...

Yeah, KStars is based on Qt 5.4 which is not available in 15.10, so only 16.04+

I see. Just bit the bullet and I am upgrading to Ubuntu Mate 16.04 for the RPi...
But you don't keep the old versions available for download?
