Ok I tested two days ago and WCS is not working! After investigating the issue, I think I narrowed it down to rotation angle convention. So please check it out the next time you can and see if it has been resolved.
Just run a test, first resolved succesfully pointing East then here is the result, not really good i'm afraid.
And after dubleclick and selecting center it came to this.
Does my camera angle have to be at any special angle or should this be calculated at any angle ?? and for the moment I'm running Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS at the observatory and Ubuntu 14.10 at home, does that matter ?? everything is updated from ppa.

RPi3, Ubuntu Mate, and many Arduinos..
Sorry, I guess I was vague, but I meant that the fix is in the subversion repository, it usually takes 24-48 hours before the PPA packages are built and available for update, so you're still using the old code. Wait 24-48 hours and update again.
Regarding 14.04 vs 14.10, it doesn't matter since this issue was in libindi and not Ekos/KStars and libindi packages are available for 14.04+.
