Ekos kstars with devices

Ekos kstars with devices was created by Joshua R

Hi,

I have ubuntu with ekos kstars and mount, focusser and camera connected.
usually the mount is connected thru rfcomm0 via bluetooth and the focusser thru usb0.
But sometimes the focusser is trying to connect also thru rfcomm0 port and this results in and error.
Is it possible to use a fixed port for a device?

Hi Joshua,
normally EKOS saves its configuration after connecting successfully to a certain device. If this does not work for whatever reason, don't tick "Autoconnect" in the EKOS profile, select manually the correct device, start it and press "Save" for the configuration.

In INDI Control Panel --> Connection --> Turn off Auto Search and then save config, so it connect to whatever port it is assigned not and will not search.
