Hello,
I originally posted this in the astroberry group but I realized it was probably in the wrong spot.

I recently setup my new LX85 with a 6" Meade newt, after installing a fresh version of Astroberry and going through the polar alignment procedures ( I spent a day and half watching the videos ) ekos takes the first image, its solved and when the mount goes to position for the next image it seems to slew in the wrong direction. ( east instead of west ) and then eventually gives me the error " Mount aborted. Please restart the process and reduce the speed. " I tried all of the speeds in the options and the results are always the same.. just slower... Is there something I am missing? I already went through the whole debacle of setting the park portion correctly. .. im pulling my hair out.

thanks in advance.

Can you try the motion control tab in the INDI Control Panel? Click on WEST and EAST buttons, does the mount move normally there?

Sorry about the delay responding to this, I seem to have fixed the issue with a firmware update to the mount and the controller, I haven't tried using the INDILIB diver yet as the weather has been poor here for viewing in Seattle and I have been working on porting everything over to an EKOS setup again. I will keep you posted
