Hi,

I'm new to Ekos, and I find that when I put the directory into which I would like the output files to go, they go into subdirectories and not the ones I entered. Is there any way to bypass that and just use the directory I entered?

Thanks,
Dave

Capture output is a bit rigid as of now. You may want to use the script box to implement something to move the files around where you want them to be.

Eric,

Thanks for the reply. I had hoped it would be something I was missing, but a script will do nicely.

EDIT: I wrote a script in Python to copy files out as they are created. It solved the problem I was having.
