I have been astroimaging since 2012 and have been using SGP for many years without issue. I was tired of having to replace computers in my observatory so I jumped on the Raspberry Pi bandwagon and use StellarMate OS on an RPI4 4gb. Things are going well. Guiding, Pier Flips, imaging are only OK. I have a Celestron Nightscape 8300 and only 40% of the images I shoot are usable. Some only shoot part of a frame. It "seems" a little better now that I switched to a different USB port on the RPI. The INDI drivers for this camera are wrong as well. Bayer is BGGR not RGGB and the Resolution is incorrect. They have it listed as 3326x2506 but the actual resolution is 3326x2504! What a mess that makes. I can't use my dark library and have to make all new calibration frames and leaves nice black bar at the top.

My issue is with the quality of the Image after stacking in PixInsight. There is a visible checkerboard pattern that was never there before.

This is the Flat frame

This pattern shows up in my final image. I used ekos auto Flat calibration on 32000ADU. I think maybe I need to do manual and 1/4-1/2 Histogram?

Thanks all
