KStars & Ekos shared configuration was created by Mohamed

I use KStars / Ekos on RPi and my desktop. I wonder if the KStars & Ekos configurations are saved somewhere so that I can copy/sync the configuration between 2 systems?

Yes they are. You need to copy the directories
.local/share/kstars
.indi

Both paths are relative to your home directory. Note that the paths start with a dot which means they are considered hidden on a Linux system. Many file managers don’t show those paths unless you explicitly configure them to do so.
