Ekos stuck at "Focusing"

Recently I upgraded my kstars to 3.5.1 and all sorts of problems started to pop up. First, it broke my distro so I have to redo the OS and reinstall everything. The real issue is that it sometimes stuck at "focusing" if I enable "Autofocus if HFR >" option. It seems like the focusing module checked the HFR against the threshold I set, but the instruction to continue did not get to the capture module (I enabled hfr calculation in fits viewer and it's below the threshold). I attached the log and two screenshots, although the log is not very helpful.
Thank you all in advance ;)

Replied by Roy Zhang on topic Ekos stuck at "Focusing"

I can, however, skip it by manually use the "auto focus" button in the focus module or restart my sequence, or simply disable the autofocus function, but I don't feel comfortable having a function in the program I can't actually use (a bit of OCD lol).
BTW, those "processBLOB" in the log file are from my guider camera so you can ignore them.
