ESATTO error

ESATTO error was created by Peter Kennett

This doesn't prevent the Esatto focuser from working, but the error pops up when I start INDI:

[2021-01-24T14:12:17.212 MST INFO ][ org.kde.kstars.indi] - Esatto : "[ERROR] Failed to find property: FnRUN_ACC "
[2021-01-24T14:12:17.213 MST INFO ][ org.kde.kstars.indi] - Esatto : "[WARNING] Failed to inquire parameters. Check logs. "

This might be due to recent commits that are for the SestoSenso2 to support various parameter configurations, e.g. Acceleration, Decelleration, Motor Hold Current, etc.. etc..

It is probably likely that these functions are not necessarily supported or are different on the ESATTO (which I believe uses the same driver).
