Bug with CCD simulator and binning was created by Sébastien

Hi,

I was playing with the offline solver and the telescope simulator until I found this bug.

1 - Slew the telescope simulator to a bright star
2 - Take a quick picture with the CCD simulator in binning 1x1. The bright star is in the field of the camera.
3 - Change the binning parameters with B2x2 for example. The field of view is not the same. The bright star has disappear.

I'm running the latest build from the jasem's ppa (kstars-bleeding 2.4.0 + indi 1.1.0)
Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon using PPA for latest KStars-bleeding and INDI
Raspberry Pi 3 B+ with StellarMate
Atik 314E - ASI120M - CG5 with Celestron C9.25
