I can't connect to WebManager was created by Rene

Hi,

I recently installed KStars on Ubuntu and have everything set up except I can't seem to connect to the Web Manager. I've run the install scripts but still nothing. 

The other issue I have is that the Serial Port Assistant in Ekos is greyed out. I need it so I can assign ports to my various accessories.
