Hi I am using DIY focuser and 8 slot FW. I have used pop out box next to the FW in the Capture tab and set Autofocus to checked for each filter and added an exposure time
for each filter. This works fine, but I find that the first filter job is never autofocused and the  first job just starts capturing with the correct filter. Subsequent jobs autofocus
when the filter is changed as expected. 
Did I miss a setting, is it a bug or is this supposed to happen ?
I usually set up by autofocus and polar align using Luminance so was expecting it to autofocus when first
job is say Ha.
Obviously fixed by invoking an autofocus before I start the capturing session which is what I do, but sometimes forget and first job not focused.
