Minimum windows size in Kstars

Minimum windows size in Kstars was created by durand Sébastien

Hello.

I wonder if it would be possible to change the minimum size of KStars windows to 400x400 which would be able to use on screens of 640x480 and 800x600.

I know we can force resizing with Kwin but be on Kubuntu or KDE. Excluding all distributions do not necessarily have access.
