Something must be wrong on my system. Tried different things now (apt update, apt purge, apt install, apt reinstall ....) but it reconfigures indi but does not download. Probably something trailing in some cache. Need to investigate this further.

I had the same problem, with 'indiserver' disappearing after I wanted to reinstall indi-full, on Ubuntu Mate 20.04. Re-installing, for unknown reasons, did not install indiserver. That's when I decided to rebuild from sources, as noone, then, made any mention of that issue.

I don't recall that happening on other platforms than my Odroid.

Ok. I downloaded the indi-full deb file manually (apt download) and it does not contain any binary files. Then I did the same on an Ubuntu 20.04 machine (Intel based) same issue.

Forcing a reinstall on that machine, keeps same version of indiserver. So looks like there is something wrong in the repos????? (for all versions)

I have been trying apt install indi-full on an rPi running Ubuntu 21.10 and getting
[[The following packages have unmet dependencies:indi-full : Depends: indi-apogee but it is not installable             Depends: indi-qsi but it is not installable             Depends: indi-fishcamp but it is not installable             Depends: indi-fli but it is not going to be installed             Depends: indi-pentax but it is not installableE: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

]]

I have Kstars running and I have enough indi installed to drive my mount and camera through Ekos, but I'm getting errors and whilst it seems unlikely, anything going wrong with the installation induces doubt.  Its more likely related to libraw though.
