Comet magnitudes wrong

Comet magnitudes wrong was created by Alfred

I just observed comet Helin-Roman-Alu-2 and updated comet data when I started the session. I found the comet but it is WAY darker than 7.5mag as shown in KStars.

 

TheSkyLive tells me it's a 14.9mag object which seems to be about correct. I also checked other comets and their magnitudes seem to be grossly overstated, too.

Not only magnitude, but also position. I've opened an issue about it here: invent.kde.org/education/kstars/-/issues/138

Someone who can go through the math again (I did and couldn't spot what was wrong) would be great.
