i understand Kstar is no more available for 32bits OS for some certainly good KDE reasons, but anyway :
Regarding RPi4 prices, all my old 32bits toys (RPi/2/3) become useless for the game i'm playing at the moment (headless indi light client)

Is there any chance you reactivate amrhf indi-full builds for ubuntu LTS versions on launchpad ?

i'll try to build them by myself, but it's sooooo long ...
