Dear guys,

I manage to install all indi platform on my Fedora 24 computer. I read the standard installation procedure from the link Download -> Fedora. But when I launch the command

dnf install indi-*-bleeding indi-atik

The System shows those log:

Last metadata expiration check: 1:29:16 ago on Tue Jul 5 09:59:07 2016.
Error: nothing provides libfirmata.so needed by indi-duino-bleeding-1.2.0-80.2.i686.
package indi-asi-bleeding-1.2.0-33.2.x86_64 obsoletes indi-asicam-bleeding provided by indi-asicam-bleeding-1.2.0-62.6.i686

What I have to do?

Hi,

asicam was renamed to asi, you can just go forward. I don't know why dnf throws an error there (but performs replacement fine...). I'll have a look at duino.

Greetings,
Christian

OK, old asicam package was still hanging around in repo... I removed it so this message should vanish soon. I also disabled publishing of indi-duino-bleeding until i figured out the problem.

dnf clean expire-cache
dnf install indi-*-bleeding indi-atik
should do it, the first command forces dnf to refresh the repository cache. But it'll take some time until repo is synced. I'll test later and will write here again. If you don't use indi-duino you can also just install the other drivers you need by listing them instead of using the wildcard *

Ok. It seems to go on, but then It sucks at indi-duino as expected. Is possible to install all indi-*-bleeding things with wildcard but to exclude indi-duino? It could help vary much.
