I'm new in this forum.
I'm using Indi in Raspberry Pi 3 and Ubuntu Mate system. I'm trying to use a Canon 350 but when I take a photo I have next error:

2017-01-05T00:01:17: Exposure failed to save image... Directory not found
2017-01-05T00:01:17: Error downloading image from camera: Directory not found
2017-01-05T00:01:16: Starting 1 sec exposure
2017-01-05T00:01:04: Please update the camera pixel size in the Image Info section. The camera resolution will be updated after the first exposure is complete.
2017-01-05T00:01:04: Detected Canon Inc. Model Canon EOS 350D DIGITAL.
2017-01-05T00:01:04: Canon DSLR is online.

I'm cheking in the configuration the download path and it seems correct: /home/username

Do you have any idea?

I had same kind of problem with EOS 6d.

I resolved this by by changing camera from Timed 2s shooting to single frame shooting.

Is this, time ago i have suffered from this problem.

It is not clear to me if this problem have been solved ?
I am experiencing the exact same path problem.

Edit: the problem in my case was that the DSLR was in ptp mode instead of computer mode. Setting this option directly though the DSLR interface worked well for me (EOS 350D with usb/serial bulb mode shutter control).
