EKOS in Oracle Virtual Box

I'm trying to use the Oracle Virtual Box.
It runs on my laptop (lets call it machine #1), but it wont run where I want it to run...which is on my computer in my observatory (machine #2).
I followed all the same steps to install which were successful on my laptop, but I get this error on my desktop in the observatory:
"VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration is not available on your system. Your 64-bit guest will fail to detect a 64-bit CPU and will not be able to boot."

my system is Win 10 home
CPU Intel Core i3 -3220T @ 2.80 GHz

I have tried this on a third computer, a laptop running WIN7 Pro (machine #3)
Intel Core I7 2630QM CPU @ 2.00 GHz with 8gb RAM

Same error :(

any suggestions?

thanks,
Malcolm

You have to enable VT-x virtualization support from the BIOS.
