Using what I believe is the latest Build: 2019-09-08T20:04:46Z it appears that by default EKOS Live in Kstars is configured to autostart. This generates an authentication dialog error message if you haven't used/signed into EKOS Live (for me). As I don't expect people to have joined necessarily before starting Kstars for the 1st time, perhaps this having autostart EKOS Live is the wrong default?

[Edit: I may be wrong about its behaviour. With the Stellarmate OS on the RPi4 it "knew" my username and thus tried to auto connect, but I had not supplied a password through the setup. With Kstars on an Odroid, it doesn't know my username, so it doesn't try to connect. ]

yes I saw this behavior. It's going to get changed soon as EkosLive landing page would be different, so no prompt to login.
