Download of EKOS for windows 10

Download of EKOS for windows 10 was created by Peter Fassler

On the download button there is no indication for Windows 10 download. If I try to download EKOS I am getting the Planetarium software Kstars only and I cannot open it after the download, What am I missing and where do I get to download the EKSO software??

Ekos is part of KStars, what's wrong with the download file for KStars?
