Three mounts, two Astroberrys - star drift during polar align was created by Paul Nixon

Dunno what to make of this. Trying to do polar alignment and going through heck.

Wife is using a CG5-ASGT and 127mm Mak. trying to polar align, star drifts.
Me - using a DIY belt-drive LX70 (CG5) with 8" SCT - star drifts.
Me - using a CEM25p and ETX90 Mak - star drifts.

Didn't have this problem with our 80mm scopes. What are we overlooking?
