A simple bug to fix - Configure Winder does not pop to the front was created by Peter Kennett

In the Linux version of EKOS, when I click on "Options" from the CDD window, the CONFIGURE window does not open to the front, but instead it stays behind the EKOS window.
This is not a problem with the MacOSX version, but has always been a problem with the Linux version on my Ubuntu OS machine.
