We think we've almost finished working on the new theme. Only some graphics are left. Have put some placeholders
The new lookup is ready!
Please give us last feedbacks :)

It's looking good so far.

Somehow the following does not sound right with me, in the main top menu:
INDIVIDUALS > RESEARCH > MANUFACTURERS

I can't come up with something else right now, I'll think of something...

edit #1:
MANUFACTURERS should probably be: DEVELOPMENT

The following isn't correct: www.indilib.org/research/observatories.html
the top picture is too big, it pushes the map way down.

From the INDIVIDUALS menu, the Ekos Live and INDIHUB.space links should open up into a new tab

Found another issue.
follow the steps:
indilib.org/
click on COMMUNITY
click on left < Prev
you're now at the FAQ page
click on left < Prev
you're now at the Logs Submission

The top menu is broken, looks like the CSS are not applied or something.

I would advice to check each links within each pages, one page after the other one.

Thank you very much Gonzothegreat!
I changed the sub-menu items order, as you reported they were refering to the old ordering.
I also placed the new theme to all items which were refering to the old layout and the remaining pages also.
If the map is really too low and almost invisible, I can remove the top banner ( I used 1080p resolution but I see that in lower resolutions it's practically not accessible)... yes .. done
The Research menu involves registered users only, so the two submission pages are available to them, so only after login you'll see the items "Add your Observatory", "Submit Article" and the article submission guidelines into the Research main page.
About the menu.. brief history:
Initially it had to be "Manufacturers" "Developers", "End-users"
after this the idea was to point to educational and observatories with "Research", "Industries" and "Individuals" where research include observatories, universities, research institutions and centers, Industries includes free-lancer developers, employees of astronomy industries in wide-range point of view (from research to aerospace to amateur astronomy industries), and Individuals everyone who wants to use, try, improve and just supports INDI.
Since INDI contains code for instrumentation that is interesting for hardware manufacturers also, I thought that developers only was a little restricting, nothing else.
Best Regards,
Ilia.

I may be joining the party late, but did someone consider using CMS as WP wordpress.org?

I've been all around commercial and opensource CMS for more than 20 years, and I find WP is very optimized, secure, and never lacking of features.

I had an issue with the new web page where, when trying to login, it asked me a CAPTCHA question, but the question was white on white, so I couldn't read the question and answer it.
I tried to re-create it, but never got the CAPTCHA again, so I can't post a pic.

Besides the readability issue, the login pop-up's white background is also a bit too bright/white for my tastes. Perhaps a little color, any color, would be an improvement.
