[Solved] Nikon_ccd driver crashing

Something is messed up on my Odroid-N2 install. It may have been a recent software updater run that looked like a partal kstars/indi update. No problems with a RPI4/stellarmate, but on Unbuntu 20.04 the nikon_ccd driver crashes when trying to load.

If there is no obvious solution in the attached ekosdeugger output, how does one completely remove indi (and maybe Kstars) before starting a fresh install. My attempts at starting over via
sudo apt-get purge indi-full kstars-bleeding
did not help.

Replied by Paul on topic Nikon_ccd driver crashing

Jerry,

This sounds like the same issue I reported earlier with QSI CCD but I haven't heard anything back.

Removing Night PPA and going back to stable PPA via the instructions (copied below) on www.indilib.org/download.html worked for me to revive the Nikon_CCD driver.

If you would like to stop using Nightly PPA builds and instead return to using stable PPA builds then run the following commands:
sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
sudo ppa-purge ppa:mutlaqja/indinightly

INDI Library is available for Ubuntu 16.04 and higher. To install stable INDI Library, run the following commands:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:mutlaqja/ppa
sudo apt-get update

To Install INDI Library including all 3rd party drivers:
sudo apt-get install indi-full gsc

Thanks all

I may have spoken prematurely. Now the Nikon_CCD driver works after reverting to the stable build, but my gpsd driver is once again not getting a fix (although I do have the /etc/default/gpsd edit that fixed that problem earlier, applied).
