Maybe it's not that new. I generally don't update too often once I have a stable setup B)

I updated recently and got this new addition to Ekos. Thanks to the team that added it!!! It's fantastic. When I saw it first I wasn't sure I'd use it but Its very very good.

A nice addition in future would be to have SQM too. It's great to see how HFR changes over the course of a night but would be cool to see SQM too.
Pasted last nights run of a schedule of 28 variable stars below

Hopefully this will be in the next stable release, still on 3.4.3 here :)

Derek,

I'm the "team". I'm eager to get feedback: suggestions for improvements, address bugs, ...
To that end, when Analyze released, I started this thread:
indilib.org/forum/general/7597-new-kstar...analyze.html?start=0
and would like to try and keep such requests there (for a while, pre-release I guess).
I'll shortly respond to your suggestion at the current end of that (with an @dokeeffe).

Analyze should officially come out in release 3.5 which I'd guess is in the next month or
two--haven't discussed the timing with Jasem.

Thanks for trying it, and looking forward to hearing more.

I hope that this tool will be able to measure Eccentricity, SNR and others parameters like do the SubFrameSelector in PixInsight

I don't know how it would measure SQM without a dedicated sensor. It does measure Sky background, though. Just select the rightmost lower box. Very informative, equivalent to SQM, I would say.

Replied by Derek on topic The new Analyze tab (Thanks!)

Yes sorry for not clarifying. I replied on the other thread. I have a unihedron SQM connected with INDI. That would be a requirement to measure it. Maybe it does not fit here in the analyse tab as its an external thing
