how to increase the number of gpio signals in indi-rpi-gpio was created by Jorge Martinez Parra

Hi,

I am working on kstars under INDI server. I need 12 GPIO signals in order to run the telescope I am working with.
When selecting the indi-rpi-gpio driver, I only have the possibility to control 5 GPIO signals.
How can I increase the number of gpio signals to control up to 12?
